RPGnet Advertising Agreement

 

  • 1. Definitions
    - "Advertiser" refers to the entity or individual purchasing advertising space on the Publisher's website or blog.
    - "Publisher" refers to the owner and operator of the website or blog where the advertising will be displayed.
    - "Advertising Materials" refers to the promotional content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided by the Advertiser to be displayed as advertisements.

    2. Advertising Placement
    - The Publisher reserves the right to review and approve all Advertising Materials before displaying them on its website or blog.
    - The Publisher will make reasonable efforts to display the approved Advertising Materials during the agreed upon campaign period and in the specified ad placements.
    - The Advertiser grants the Publisher a non-exclusive license to use and display the Advertising Materials for the purposes of this agreement.

    3. Advertising Relevance
    The Publisher only accepts advertisements that are directly relevant to the tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) community; advertisements not specifically relevant to this community will be rejected. 

    4. Payment and Fees
    - The Advertiser agrees to pay the fees specified in the advertising order or insertion order for the ad campaign.
    - Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the ad campaign, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    - The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate the ad campaign if payment is not received on time.

    5. Prohibited Content
    - The Advertiser shall not provide any Advertising Materials that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by the Publisher.
    - Advertising Materials must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    6. Indemnification
    - The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Advertising Materials or the Advertiser's breach of this agreement.

    7. Limitation of Liability
    - The Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Advertiser for the ad campaign giving rise to the claim.
    - The Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

    8. Termination
    - Either party may terminate this agreement for any material breach by the other party upon written notice, if such breach is not cured within 10 days.

    By purchasing advertising space on RPG.net and it's affiliated websites, the Advertiser agrees to these terms and conditions.
